This stay offered great value with exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable staff, along with clean facilities.

It's easy base for sightseeing and exploring Thornhill. The location is particularly good and unbeatable, right by the Toronto suburbs, easy drive to downtown and a wonderful grocery store - couldn't be better. For tea and goodies visit Go For Tea, located close by.

The breakfast was enjoyable with hot food, the food was outstanding. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Thornhill.

The room was spacious and had excellent amenities. the staff was courteous and welcoming, doing a great job. - the hotel is stunningly beautiful and quiet. - the central location makes it easy to access from the Niagara area. - the food in the lobby bar was outstanding.

Liked the classic-style building and our bright room. The hotel was in a central setting to the coffee shop.

We enjoyed the spa and fitness area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The heating system ( fan ) has annoyed us. Too loud, too dry, not enough adjustable. We didn't like the all-American breakfast. No cheese, no cold cuts, no grain bread.

The location here is particularly great and perfect for being in the Richmond Hill area; it's also conveniently close to Superlicious Fast Food for quick bites.

It is very conveniently located off Highway 7 with easy access to 404. It is also within walking distance to some popular Chinese eateries.

Our server Sugil went above and beyond to give us excellent service. We were travelling with all our kids and grand kids, we were 9 adults and 4 kids. He brought a chair over and sat my granddaughter on it and pushed her in because she wanted to be next to her dad for a while. When we were leaving we told him we were moving on and going to celebrate the youngest's 2nd birthday. He got a card signed by all the staff and included a chocolate bar. He was exceptional! All the staff were but I would go back again and hope to see him again. So professional and yet so friendly and accommodating!

All hotels the same, only 1 sugar per cup of coffee. Should supply at least 2.

Booked a room in good condition with especially helpful staff, in a very central location in the Richmond Hill area.

Bed was amazing, rooms were clean, hotel was clean everywhere.

Reception staff was friendly but seemed irritated. Nothing too bad but no "service with a smile".

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff 😊

The spot of this place was spot-on for accessing the subway, so we didn't have to worry about bringing a car into the city center. The breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
